This is what greeted me in the morning when I stumbled into kitchen to start my Diet Coke fix...a single pink rose that David had picked from our beds next to our front entry. What a great way to start my birthday!
Then, I joined these lovely ladies for some lunchy at The Front Porch. As always, we had a great time. I think I almost choked on my chicken salad about 4 times because I was laughing so hard.
And then, I came home from lunch and was greeted by a wee flower delivery man bringing me these! Our sweet friends Rachel and Eric sent me these...aren't they gorgeous?!
And then, my hubby came home with a gift for me...something I've wanted for so long...it's a LABEL MAKER!!!! And...wait for it...here's the best part...it prints in PINK INK!!!!
And then, David and Dawson took me to Macaroni Grille for a birthday dinner. I had asiago steak and fettucine...yummy! It was chased by a hot fudge sundae. Hey. It's my birthday. No calorie counting allowed.All of these wonderful things were peppered in my day between phone calls, text messages and e-mails from friends and family wishing me a Happy Birthday. How fortunate I am to have so many people who care about me!
